About Altrusa International of Austin, TX

Altrusa International of Austin, TX is a local chapter of an International Non-Profit Organization. Altrusa International of Austin, Texas is committed to making a difference in the lives of others through volunteerism, partnerships, and service.
Since its inception in April 1923, Austin Altrusa has vigorously supported local women’s and children’s causes. Our signature programs tackle "underdog causes" that positively impact the lives of so many local children and their families. We fill the gaps where larger non-profits do not typically focus and continually evaluate and evolve our service projects.
